Returns

If a customer returns goods because they decide that they no longer want them they must be returned within 14 days of receiving them if they wish to be refunded for the goods. Unwanted goods returned to us later than 14 days after receiving them will not be refunded. Returned goods must be in an unused/unworn condition, with the original packaging and with the delivery docket as proof of purchase. The docket has a section titled “Reason for Return” which must be filled in when returning stock.

If you feel that the goods you have purchased online have a manufacturing fault you can return them to us for inspection. If in our opinion there is a manufacturing fault we will replace the goods (subject to availability) or refund them. They must be returned within 28 days of receipt with the original packaging and delivery docket as proof of purchase.

Goods must be returned along with a completed Reason for Return label (attached to your delivery docket). If you purchase several items as part of a special offer or package and decide that one or more of the items is unsuitable then you must return all items purchased as part of the package or offer.

Unfortunately, contrary to returns information printed on the rear of the delivery docket you cannot return faulty stock to a DW Sports store for replacement or refund. At the time of the dockets going to print we thought that this would be possible, but we are unable to provide this service as yet.

All faulty items must be returned to the E-Commerce Returns Department at the above address for inspection. If the item is found to be faulty, then you can choose to have it replaced or refunded and the cost which you incurred for posting it back to us will be refunded. If you choose to have a replacement, we will post it out to you for free. If the item is found not to be faulty we will send it back to you, but we will not refund you for the cost of returning it to us.

For hygiene reasons it is not possible for us to accept swimwear, underwear, mouthguards, drink bottles, footwear insoles, rugby protective clothing, swim accessories (e.g. snorkels), cycling shorts, cricket abdominal protectors or thigh protectors as returns.
