DW Fitness First membership entitles members to receive 10% discount on dwsports.com when they have created and registered an account.
This discount automatically applies to all qualifying products unless a greater discount option is available.

The discount will automatically be applied in the basket when two or more qualifying items are entered in to the basket. Minimum of two qualifying promotional items need to be entered in to the basket for the discount to be applied. No other promotional discounts will apply to the pair of products in the promotion.

Ordering & Payment
When will I be charged?
It depends on the type of products you ordered and your payment method.
Credit or debit card
If you used a credit or debit card to order you will be charged when the order leaves the warehouse. When you place the order we authorise the amount, then after the order leaves the warehouse we capture the amount.
If you have used PayPal, you will be charged as soon as you place the order.
Why is my order cancelled?
Sometimes we have to cancel orders. This can be due to a number of reason, including:
• Stock availability. It is most likely that your size ran out of stock before we could process your order.
• Payment issues. Your payment did not go through or we were not able to verify your payment details.
• Delivery addresses issues. You may have accidentally entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery details which we couldn’t process.
You are not charged for cancelled products. If your order, or part of it, is cancelled, you will be refunded for the cancelled products.
If you have used a gift certificate or promo voucher and your order is cancelled the code used is automatically reactivated for you to use again.
Gift certificates purchased from dwsports.com can only be redeemed online. You can not use Gift certificates in DW Sports Stores.
Gift certificates arrive in the form of an email, either to yourself or the email address of your choice at the time you make the purchase.
Once purchased, gift certificates can only be refunded if;
• The gift certificate has not been redeemed in any way. Any partial redemption will mean the gift certificate cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• The refund / cancellation request is made by the person who made the purchase.
• The request to cancel or refund the gift certificate is made within 90 days of purchase.
If you have lost the email which contains the gift certificate, please contact email@example.com with the order number.
Replica Shirts & Kit Personalisation
If you place an order which requires personalisation such as shirt printing please allow an extra 2-3 working days as the printing of shirts adds extra time to the order processing.
All personalisation items cannot be returned unless the product is deemed to have a genuine fault of the manufacture. If you believe the product has a fault please follow the returns procedure found at Returns and Refunds
Squad numbers used on pre-season tours are not necessarily the final squad list for the upcoming season and DW Sports cannot accept responsibility in the event that a player leaves the squad and/or their squad numbers changes. Player names and numbers are updated on the DW Sports website at the time of Premier League / Championship official confirmation. This also applies during the January transfer window.
International personalisation only applies for the duration of the major tournaments and is subject to change beforehand.
DW Sports reserves the right to refuse a personalisation request that we deem to be offensive and/or promotes negative political or religious connotations.
If your required personalisation numbers or letters are not available, we may delay or even cancel your order. If this happens we will contact you via the email address supplied at order confirmation
DW Sports reserves the right to use our knowledge and expertise in the positioning of the personalisation on the product.
Please be advised that ownership of the goods passes to you the customer on dispatch of the order.
