If you make an order on the DW Sports website, we may collect the following categories of personal data about you:

Personal contact details such as name, title, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses Billing address, Credit card or other payment information in order to process your payments.

We use this information in order to perform our contract with you and in order to comply with our legal obligations.

We will not disclose any of this information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you. For example: arranging for a product to be delivered to you.

Registration is not required when you order products from the DW Sports website, However, when you place a order you will be asked to provide various details of your name, delivery address and email address for us to fulfil your order. Information will be collected via the registration process. Any additional information we collect will be only with your permission.

Security of your personal data

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, service providers, business partners, agents and other third parties who have a legitimate need to know. If you have made a purchase from the DW Sports store we may occasionally update you on new product arrivals, exclusive product (Intersport & Retail) and special offers via e-mail. All DW Sports members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from DW Sports/or selected third parties. If you wish to opt out then you can click the ‘please unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of all DW Sports emails sent to you previously.
