Dispatch Information

All next day orders made before 7PM on a working day will be dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 7PM on a working day or at any time during a non-working day will be dispatched in the morning of the next working day and the same delivery times apply

We do not process orders over the weekend. Any Next Day orders received after 7PM on a Friday will only be processed on Monday (except when there is a Bank Holiday) where these will be processed on the Tuesday.

We do not accept liability for delayed orders.

The items offered in our range of products will be delivered by DPD depending on the chosen type of delivery and its destination.

Christmas Returns Policy

Items purchased online or instore between 1st November 2018 and 21st December 2018, can be returned for a refund until the 18th January 2019. Items bought after these dates will fall under our standard 28 day return policy.

For returns to be accepted on purchases made in a DW Sports store between the 1st November and the 21st December the below conditions must be followed.

- The item/s must be in re-saleable condition, with tickets attached & with proof of purchase.

- The item/s must be returned to a DW Sports store and can be refunded or exchanged until 18th January 2019.

- Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. If this is not available then the return can only be processed as an exchange or the funds applied to a DW Sports gift card

For returns to be accepted on purchases made on DWSports.com between the 1st and the 21st December the below conditions must be followed.

- The item/s must be in re-saleable condition, with tickets attached & with proof of purchase.

- The item can be returned or exchanged in store or online until 18th January 2019.

- The customer can return the online item/s in the post or with a courier and they will receive a refund excluding the shipping charges.

- Exchanges for an online item if it is returned in the post or with a courier may take up to 28 days be sent out to the customer.

Refunds & Returns

Well every effort is made to get your refund to you in a timely manner, sometimes this process can be delayed by your payment provider. Please allow 28 days from the collection or posting date for the credit to show in your account before contacting us.

Refunds will processed using the same method of payment.

If a customer returns goods because they decide that they no longer want them they must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Unwanted goods returned to us later than 28 days after receiving them will not be refunded.

If you have paid a delivery charge this will be refunded if all items purchased are returned to DW Sports online within 14 days of receipt.

Returned goods must be in an unused/unworn condition, with the original packaging and with the delivery note as proof of purchase. The delivery note has a section titled “Reason for Return” which must be filled in when returning stock.

Personalised items such as printed football kits cannot be refund/exchanged unless the item is faulty.

If you purchase several items as part of a special offer or package and decide that one or more of the items is unsuitable then you must return all items purchased as part of the package or offer.

If you have used a promotional code and an item is returned, resulting in the remaining order no longer qualifying for the promotion, the promotion will not have been applied to your order. In this case, the code used is automatically reactivated for you to use again.

If you feel that the goods you have purchased online have a manufacturing fault you can return them to us for inspection. If in our opinion there is a manufacturing fault we will replace the goods (subject to availability) or refund them. They must be returned within 7 days of receipt with the original packaging and web receipt as proof of purchase.

All direct return or exchange items must be returned to the DW Sports.com Returns Department at the below address for inspection. If the item is found to be faulty, then you can choose to have it replaced or refunded and the cost which you incurred for posting it back to us will be refunded. If you choose to have a replacement, we will post it out to you for free. If the item is found not to be faulty we will send it back to you, but we will not refund you for the cost of returning it to us.

Please use the free returns label included in your parcel to return any unwanted items to DW Sports online. These returns are carried out by Collect+ please visit Collect+ for full terms and conditions on the return process.

If you decide to use any other courier to return your items DW Sports is not liable for any postage costs you may incur. If you use any other courier please make sure you take out suitable insurance as DW Sports can take no responsibility if your return parcel is lost in transit with another delivery company.

For hygiene reasons it is not possible for us to accept the return of underwear, mouth guards, drink bottles, footwear insoles or rugby protection items. You are eligible to return these items within 7 days of receipt if damaged/faulty.

Return of Electrical products

Return Terms For Old Electrical Items WEEE Recycling of Purchased Electrical Items You can now recycle your old electricals with us. If you’re buying a new electrical item from our online store, we will recycle your old fitness tracker for free. Why recycle? Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health. We can help We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old fitness tracking electrical items. To help with you complying with the regulations, DWSports.com and Dave Whelan Sports Limited will take back an item on a like-for-like basis, when you purchase your new item. We can provide this service provided that the old fitness tracker is returned with 28 days of purchase. To remind you that your old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment in your bin. What is WEEE? The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
